Dịch vụ đổi tiền lì xì Tết thu phí đang nở rộ trên mạng xã hội, nhưng theo luật sự, hành vi này có thể vi phạm pháp luật và bị xử phạt nặng. Thu phí khi đổi tiền lì xì tết có thể bị xử phạt nặng.
